
i always like to reblog this because a lot of people, or girls (from what i’ve personally seen), tend to starve themselves thinking that they’ll lose weight. this is not the case (also what i’ve personally seen).
More “before-and-afters”. Although it’s more of a “during-during” :D

these are my notes from career math today.
1. it’s kind of really weird to be learning about losing weight in my math class.
2. however, it made me get motivated to keep on keepin’ on with being healthy.
3. however, I was pretty much depressed the entire class because I felt like a fatass.
oh and I know, these notes are wack, who tf would run for 5 hours per day?!
that is all. :)

Always remember to stretch, especially after you workout!
